My custom DP was amazing! At first, I was concerned about the skin tones, but I trusted the process and they turned out to be fine. Then, when I was about one fourth finished with the painting, my cat jumped on my drill tower and spilled every single one of my drills all over the floor. There was no salvaging them. I wrote to My Craft Joy and they immediately wrote me back that if I would let them know what I needed they would send me the drills. I used the inventory I received with the painting, reduced the totals by one fourth and sent them the new inventory. I received the drills just a few days ago and I'm so relieved that I will be able to finish it now. I would definitely suggest that you order your custom painting with round drills, rather than square. Mine are square and they are not fitting the canvas well. But the customer service couldn't have been any better. Great company!

I don't know where to start. I'm addicted to diamond painting. My husband said I needed a hobby if I was going to retire, so this is what I chose. I retired 15 months ago and I have completed probably 15-20 paintings. I've given them (framed) as wedding gifts, graduation presents and completed my family wall with them. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality. I only wish I had talent and could figure out how to create something spectacular with the extra diamonds. My only wish is that shipping was a bit quicker, but it's always worked out just fine. Customer service is fantastic. Love love love

Just ordered kit six and seven from mycraftjoy. Love how they can make a canvas out of personalized photos. Kits come with plenty of diamonds and accessories to complete the artwork. :o)

I am still somewhat speechless over the amazing details of the canvas they created for me of my dearly beloved kitty that passed away suddenly and quite unexpectedly last Summer. It brings me great joy and also tears to my eyes of how very detailed the technicians made this canvas and kit up. There are twelve different colors in his right eye alone! I mean seriously what Company goes to that amount of detail? They also included his whiskers, tiny hairs of his chin and jaw, and the peachy coloring around his mouth. His nose is perfection! The entire canvas I feel could be hung on my wall as is now without even working it up, simply astounding artwork from my photo. I can only recommend My Craft Joy quite highly, the absolute best experience I’ve had with a custom order.
