How can I cancel my order?
If you ordered within the past 24 hours and changed your mind, we offer hassle-free cancellations. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will refund you as long as the order has not been shipped out.
If you ordered more than 24 hours ago, the order will have been processed and we cannot offer an immediate refund. However, once you receive your order, you have up to 30 days to contact us for a refund.
How does shipping / tracking work?
Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email. This can take 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you can expect your order to arrive between 10-14 business days.

How long does it take to process a custom diamond painting order?
It can take on average 5 days to process and print a custom diamond painting picture, as we take great care in making all the necessary edits before printing. Our goal is to ensure that each custom order is printed to the highest quality standards, and we want to make sure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include your full name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
